I'll be real - my husband always says I "fall too hard" as soon as one 50 degree morning hits & he ain't lyin'! 🤷🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️ Within a blink of an eye, I'm busting out pumpkins, making pumpkin spice latte everything & welcoming all my sweaters back like they're old friends I haven't seen in awhile. 🍎🙌🏼🍁 Then by mid September - I'm burnt out with all things pumpkin spice 🥴😆 - he isn't lyin - I do in fact go too hard on my love for fall! 🤣😅
So to prevent that from happening this year- I've forced myself to slowly transition into fall. ✨🍁 Of course I'll still be using pumpkin spice coffee creamer 😘, but I'll hold off on bustin' out all the pumpkins till the end of September! This year, I decided to start fall off with apples! I love apple cider, apple pie, the candle Apple Pickin' by Antique Candle Co. & well - ya get the point 💁🏻♀️🍎✨ I found some apple stems on clearance at Michael's this past summer & quickly was inspired to begin the fall season with them! 🌿🍎
I didn't want to just stop with stems though - I purchased faux apples to add in for decor in my kitchen & in baskets in different areas of our home. It's amazing how a fruit could make such good decor! The faux apples are super affordable & can be styled in so many ways!
I by no means am original in thinking of decorating with apples for fall or any season for that matter, but I just thought I'd share my slow pace transition into fall! Just in case anyone else goes too hard into the season like myself 😅🍁 ... I'll be sharing more fall decor soon so stay tuned! ❤️🍎🍁✨
